The motto of the KVS is to lead one from darkness to light. This is our guideline. We try to encourage, nurture and develop the values in each child to make a better individual who in turn will contribute towards a better society. We do so many jobs in bringing out the best in each child. We believe that education leads to self realization.
Our aim is to help a child realize his potential to the fullest extent and contribute usefully and effectively to the community. We believe that the school is a part of the community and we must equip our children to be able to meet the demands of the community around him. OUR MISSION IS To encourage a desire for learning. To enable a child to speak clearly read efficiently and write efficiently. To help a child to develop the skill of listening and observing.To generate and encourage our interest in games and other activities. To teach the child to respect humanity, develop friendship and cooperate with others both in work and in play. To develop national pride. To be proud of the such cultural heritage of his country, to uphold the values of his country and to be proud to be an Indian.
The euphoria of the new can never be matched. There is a certain something in new things which prompts you to start afresh with vows and resolutions. After taking over the charge of KV OCF AVADI I realize that the institution has excelled in various field of learning and my goal now is to develop this centre of learning into a centre of excellence and I am confident that we shall soon achieve our cherished goal. I know that the team effort must show the results. Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is a progress and working together is success.
